Life After Stroke

List of Current Support Groups

You don’t have to navigate life after stroke alone.

Across Nebraska, stroke survivors, caregivers, and families can connect with others who understand the journey. Support groups offer a place to share experiences, learn from healthcare and rehabilitation professionals, find helpful resources, build friendships, and receive encouragement throughout recovery.

Meeting dates, locations, and formats may change. We recommend contacting the group before attending.
