Become a Volunteer Speaker

Your voice can make a difference.

The Nebraska Stroke Association is looking for volunteer speakers who want to help educate, encourage, and connect communities across Nebraska. Speakers may participate in community presentations, health fairs, support groups, educational events, and other outreach opportunities.

Volunteer speakers should have a current professional certification, license, credential, or recognized training relevant to stroke care, stroke prevention, rehabilitation, emergency response, or a related healthcare field. This helps ensure the information shared through NSA is accurate, credible, and appropriate for the audiences we serve.

Examples may include professionals or students with relevant credentials or training in areas such as nursing, medicine, EMS, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, public health, rehabilitation, or stroke education.

NSA will provide presentation guidance, approved educational materials, and support for each speaking opportunity.

If you have relevant stroke-related training or certification and would like to help educate communities across Nebraska, we would love to hear from you.
