Madonna Stroke Support Group
Every year, thousands of people suffer a stroke. Participating in a stroke support group is a very
important part of stroke recovery.
Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital offers a free support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers,
family and/or friends. The Stroke Support Group is led by stroke survivors and their families who
coordinate educational topics on stroke and encourage members to share their experiences with one
another. Other healthcare professionals are also on hand to answer any questions.
Group meeting includes an educational topic, social time and support.
